Membership

Carihuela Park Cooperative is a member based organisation operated on a timeshare basis but is non profit making. It was formed in the 1980`s and is a Dutch/British venture. The difference between the Cooperative and the larger Timeshare Resorts is that it is controlled by the membership. The committee are all volunteers and are elected by the members. One of the many benefits of becoming a member is the low annual service costs.

Whilst the apartments have been kept to a high standard we have been able to keep increases low by sound management practises. Over the past years the service costs have only increased by 1% or 2% annually. We believe that they are now the lowest by far among other Resorts. For 2026 the rates will be £225 per week for a one bedroom apartment and £260 per week for a two bedroom apartment

Many of our current members have taken the opportunity to rent week(s) in the past. “See before You Buy”. However changes to Spanish Regulations preclude us from “renting” in the future so we are now introducing trial membership. In addition to this we shall also be introducing three year memberships. More information is provided below on both these schemes
