Apartments

Carihuela Park Cooperative has eleven apartments on a complex of around 225.

All of the Cooperative apartments are furnished to a very high standard. They are located in the main building which is served by three lifts. Although there is no reception, self check in works by accessing a key safe outside each of our apartments. Everything is supplied including bed linen and towels. The apartments are cleaned weekly (towels changed twice a week). There is no charge for internet or electricity or air conditioning – these are included in the service costs. All apartments are fully furnished including television, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave, sofabed.

One Bedroom

Apartments

We have four one bedroom apartments. One is on the first floor for those who have a fear of heights or do not like using lifts, whilst the other three apartments are located on higher floors with views of the sea and mountains. Occupancy is strictly no more than four adults although they are best suited for two adults and two children.

Also we have seven two bedroom apartments. One is on the ground floor with a large patio area which is ideal for those with restricted mobility. As with the one bedroom apartments the remaining six apartments are located on higher floors with views of the sea and mountains. Occupancy is strictly no more than four adults and two children
